Harmony Road Music Center provides a family friendly environment for your children to learn music and piano. We offer group lessons for toddlers, pre-schoolers, elementary-age students and adults in a safe, nurturing and respectful environment. Each child has an adult learning partner – a parent, grandparent, older sibling other responsible adult – who attends class with them. Their adult partner’s job is to guide them through the class and help with their home practice. This music school uses the unique & progressive Harmony Road Music Course. New and continuing classes follow the school year. Beginning classes start each September and February. Introductory classes are offered in January, July and August. Various camps are offered during the summer. Our students become proficient in many aspects of music. Our research-based, layered and age-appropriate curriculum is a unique approach to music education. It includes ear training, theory, composing, transposing, arranging, lead line and improvisation. This program was developed by an Oregonian and is now used internationally. Thousands of students in the US and abroad have learned the Harmony Road Method since it began in 1981.
